Aces are high in Aces Up. Your goal is to discard every other card, leaving one ace in each of the four columns after the stock is exhausted.
Compare only the exposed cards
When two column tops share a suit, click the lower-ranked one to discard it. An exposed card can move into an empty column, but cards cannot otherwise build on one another. Each stock click deals a new row of four cards; the remaining 48 cards make twelve rows, with no redeal.
An empty column can release a buried ace
Use a space to shift a top card off an important card beneath it. Before dealing again, check every same-suit comparison: the new row will cover the current tops. Keeping an ace accessible gives you a high card for discarding later cards of that suit.
