Brilliant uses the sum-to-13 rule on a diamond-shaped arrangement. Remove available pairs to clear the layout; kings count as 13 and leave alone.
The shape changes what opens next
Aces count as 1, jacks as 11 and queens as 12. Valid pairs are ace–queen, two–jack, three–ten, four–nine, five–eight and six–seven. Drag one exposed card onto its partner, or click an exposed king. A covered card opens once the positions covering it are cleared.
Unlike a simple triangle, the diamond widens and then narrows. Look at which removal releases another card rather than assuming every pair opens the same amount of space. The stock draws one card and allows unlimited passes. You win when the diamond is empty; leftover stock cards are allowed.
