Sixteen foundations begin with every five and six from two decks. There is no tableau: each exposed waste card must wait for a suitable foundation.
Kings finish below; queens finish above
A five foundation builds downward by suit through four, three, two and ace, then finishes with king. A six foundation builds upward by suit through seven, eight, nine, ten and jack, finishing with queen. Cards cannot switch suit within either sequence.
Use the first pass to open the second
The remaining 88 cards draw one at a time. You get two total stock passes: the opening pass and one redeal. Playing the top waste card can reveal an earlier card that now fits. Check that exposed card again before drawing. Win by moving all cards onto the sixteen foundations.
