Eight columns start with one visible card each. Whenever a column empties, Fortune replaces its card from the waste, drawing another stock card if necessary.
A space cannot be saved for later
Build columns down by suit and move only single exposed cards. You cannot choose a card to fill an empty column manually; the automatic refill supplies it. Four foundations build upward by suit from ace through king. The draw-one stock allows a single pass.
Consider the refill before clearing a column
Playing a column card home may immediately place the current waste card in that column. Check whether its suited successor has a route nearby. Using the waste can also reveal the card beneath it, so compare a direct waste move with the new options created by an automatic refill.
