Ten columns of four visible cards make the opening Streets tableau. A 64-card stock supplies the rest of the two decks, one card at a time.
Runs must be moved one card at a time
Build down in alternating colors, but move only exposed individual cards. An empty column accepts any card. Eight foundations build upward by suit from ace through king. There is no stock redeal; only the exposed waste card is available.
Short columns can create working room
A cleared column is useful for temporarily separating a run that cannot move as a group. Before taking a waste card, count the blockers it may add above a low foundation card. Duplicate ranks provide extra receivers, but using the wrong copy can cover the route you were trying to open.
