Algerian Patience uses two decks, eight tableau columns and six deep reserve piles. Four foundations rise from aces, while four fall from kings, always by suit.
Most stock cards go to the reserves
Move single exposed tableau cards onto the next higher or lower rank of their suit, without king–ace wrapping. Any card fills an empty column. Reserve piles supply their top cards but cannot receive cards back. Each stock click adds two cards to every reserve until only eight remain; those last cards deal onto the tableau.
Inspect both directions before adding blockers
A reserve card may fit a rising foundation or a falling one. Choose the direction that helps the ranks beneath it. Before the final deal, use available tableau moves and foundation successors, because every column will receive another card. There is no stock redeal.
