All 52 cards are dealt at the start. Seven columns contain 21 hidden cards and 31 visible cards; there is no stock to change a blocked position.
The group need not be in order
This version builds the tableau downward by suit. A six of hearts can move onto the seven of hearts, carrying every card resting on it even when those cards are unordered. Only a king or king-led group can fill an empty column. Foundations build upward by suit from ace to king.
Locate the exact receiving card
A visible group may be movable in principle but have no accessible receiver. Start with the hidden card you want to uncover, identify the group above it, then trace how to free its suited receiver. Prefer a move that opens that route over a large group transfer that simply relocates the same blockage. Finish all four foundations to win.
